Mister Musk is offering a few billion—97.4 to be exact—to buy OpenAI. Mister Altman responds with a lot of humor: "Ok, but I'll buy X from you for 9.74 billion."

Back to our side of the Atlantic—France has just announced a major AI plan, which includes 50 billion from the UAE and 20 billion from Canadian firm Brookfield. Announcements are pouring in at the AI Action Summit in Paris, with many focusing on data storage and the infrastructure needed for massive language models… definitely something to keep an eye on.
